Another year, another Gold award! Deakin-White Estate Agents is delighted to announce that we have once again achieved Gold status in the prestigious Best Estate Agent Guide 2027, placing us among the highest-performing estate and letting agents in the UK.
We're incredibly proud to receive this recognition again, particularly because it isn't an award that can simply be bought or entered. It is earned through independently assessed performance, measurable results and the quality of service delivered to customers.
What does winning Gold actually mean?
The Best Estate Agent Guide is widely recognised as one of the most comprehensive independent assessments of the UK property industry.
For its 2027 awards, the guide has assessed an incredible 2.4 million property listings, analysing estate and letting agents across the country using extensive property market data from TwentyEA, alongside Google Reviews and customer feedback insights from Leaders.inc's Home Moving Trends Survey, which draws on between 20,000 and 30,000 buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
The assessment looks at 14 different performance criteria, including:
- The number and percentage of new properties instructed.
- Growth in local market share.
- The number of properties successfully sold or let.
- Asking prices compared with achieved sale prices.
- The percentage of properties withdrawn from the market.
- Sales falling through before exchange.
- How quickly properties are sold or let.
- How efficiently transactions progress to completion.
- Customer satisfaction, Google ratings and review sentiment.
It is a thorough assessment of how estate agents actually perform, rather than simply how they market themselves.
